Volunteer collection includes:

Instructors and staff maintain strict participant information confidentiality. Demonstration patients receive full clinical confidentiality. Photographs, recordings, and clinical information follow signed consent guidelines.
Participants cannot photograph, video, or record seminars, protecting patient confidentiality, proprietary content, and fellow participants.
6. Photography and Recording During Seminars
SustainHealth Academy may photograph and video record seminars for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes. Participant consent is requested. Non-participation arrangements are available upon request.
Demonstration patients provide separate written consent via patient consent forms.
7. Data Retention
Registration, payment, and attendance records are retained indefinitely for alumni records, accreditation verification, and course administration.
Demonstration patient records (including consent forms) are retained indefinitely as clinical records.
