  • Professional qualification proof

Enquiry submissions collect:

  • Additional information provided in messages

2.3 Demonstration Patients

Volunteer collection includes:

  • Relevant health and medical history for safe treatment

All personal information provided by participants is treated as confidential by SustainHealth Academy and its staff. This includes contact details, registration information, health information, and course activity information.

Instructors and staff maintain strict participant information confidentiality. Demonstration patients receive full clinical confidentiality. Photographs, recordings, and clinical information follow signed consent guidelines.

Participants cannot photograph, video, or record seminars, protecting patient confidentiality, proprietary content, and fellow participants.

6. Photography and Recording During Seminars

SustainHealth Academy may photograph and video record seminars for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes. Participant consent is requested. Non-participation arrangements are available upon request.

Demonstration patients provide separate written consent via patient consent forms.

Registration, payment, and attendance records are retained indefinitely for alumni records, accreditation verification, and course administration.
