Dr Andy Rosenfarb

Internationally recognised specialist in Chinese medical approaches to eye and neurological conditions. Founder of Chinese Medical Neuro Ophthalmology and a leading voice in holistic integrative ophthalmology.

A Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist, Dr Rosenfarb is the founder and clinical director of AcuVision Acupuncture in Westfield, New Jersey, where he has practised since 1997 and where patients travel from around the world to consult him. He holds a Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, with post-graduate training at Zhejiang College of Chinese Medicine in Hangzhou, and is board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

His research has helped bring Chinese medicine into the mainstream conversation on eye health: he designed the Acupuncture protocols for the first peer-reviewed clinical study on retinitis pigmentosa, conducted with Johns Hopkins University, and led a second grant-funded study through Nova Southeastern University. He is the co-author of six books on ophthalmic Acupuncture, including The Black Book of Micro Acupuncture 48.
