Tetsuharu Kamiya

Leading instructor of Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture (YNSA), trained directly under the system's founder. Teaches YNSA as it was intended — clinically precise, immediately applicable, and grounded in direct lineage transmission.

A direct disciple of Dr Toshikatsu Yamamoto and a certified YNSA instructor, Tetsuharu Kamiya has been central to spreading the system since the founding of Japan's YNSA Society. He holds a national Acupuncture licence in Japan, brings over 20 years of Chinese medicine clinical experience, and has specialised in YNSA for more than a decade.

Since 2014 he has taught within the Department of Kampo and Integrative Medicine at Tohoku University Hospital, where his clinical work focuses on intractable neurological and functional conditions, and he has presented his research internationally across Asia and the Middle East. He teaches alongside Mika Kamiya, an advanced YNSA Acupuncturist with a background in athletic training and rehabilitation.
