Dr Eileen Han

PhD, LAc — Director, Academy of Acupuncture

Raised in Taiwan — a heartland of Traditional Chinese Medicine — Dr Eileen Han is a board-certified Acupuncturist whose career is grounded in a rich heritage of TCM practice, beginning with her family's clinic.

In 1999, Dr Han began her studies under Dr Richard Tan, one of the pioneering figures behind the Balance Method of Acupuncture. She combines advanced training in internal medicine, paediatrics, gynaecology, traumatology, and external medicine with a teaching career centred on the Balance Method.

Today she is the founder and director of the Academy of Acupuncture and Essential Health Acupuncture Clinic, with a particular clinical focus on chronic pain.
