About This Seminar
This course expands on the core principles taught in Dr Tan's Core Essentials. If you have some basic knowledge of the Balance Method — an online course, books, previous Balance Method training — and have been applying Balance Method principles in your clinic, you are welcome to take Module 2.

Course Structure
Functional Diseases & Yangming/Shaoyang
Review of Imaging and Mirroring Formats, the logical structure of the 5 Balance Method Systems, treating functional diseases, Yangming and Shaoyang disease patterns, respiratory patterns, Dr Tan's 4 Magical Points for 'Narrow Front', Shen and hormone disorders, case studies and demonstration.
Taiyang, Fertility & Male Disorders
Taiyang disease patterns, Dr Tan's 4 Magical Points for Kidney Disease and Lower Back Pain, infertility and obstetric and gynaecological conditions, 8 Magical Points for hormonal conditions, herbal treatments in combination with acupuncture, male disorders, demonstration.
I Ching Theory & Meridian Conversion
I Ching theory and meridian relationship to Ba Gua, the 5 Shu Transporting Points and their correspondence to the Yaos, Zang Fu diagnosis for herbal treatments, equating Zang Fu to Meridian diagnosis, Meridian Conversion Therapy, case studies and demonstration.

Dr Eileen Han
Dr Eileen Yue-Ling Han is a board-certified Acupuncturist with a lifetime of extensive training and practice in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. During 15 years of immersion in her family's Acupuncture needle and TCM supplies business, she received invaluable practical experience. In 1999, she began her medical studies and an apprenticeship with Dr Richard Tan, the internationally renowned author and leader of the unique Balance Method.
